BRUSSELS (BELGIUM) (ITALPRESS) – The presence of European soldiers in Ukraine would be a deterrent and would lead to a decline in the possibilities of a new invasion by Russia. The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, said this at the press conference in Brussels. “We are not saying that (this troops) must fight,” said Zelensky. As regards the United States peace plan, the head of the Ukrainian state has returned to focus attention on security guarantees, which are at the heart of the negotiations. The same end of the war, Zelensky said, is tied to this point.
