ROME (ITALPRESS) – The Rome Court of Appeals has suspended the judgment validating the detentions of the 43 migrants who were taken to Albania’s Gjader detention center. The court referred the proceedings to the Court of Justice of the European Union. The asylum seekers, at least 20 of the 43 migrants, will be returned to Italy.
