We are committed to defeating the terrorist regime in Iran and we will do it.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this today, visiting Mount Hermon with Defense Minister Israel Katz, as reported by a note from the Prime Minister’s office.
“On the eve of Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year), we are at the top of Mount Hermon. Damascus is here, Lebanon is there, the heights of the Syrian Golan are there, and we control the whole area, from the top of the Hermon to the Yarmouk River, and from here to the Mediterranean Sea – an absolute control as never seen before. We will not allow any terrorist army to settle on our border, and this is one of the great results we have achieved in the Liberation War,” he said.
Netanyahu said that “there is still a lot of work to do. The main task is to defeat the terrorist regime in Iran. We are very close to this goal. We know that the whole axis will eventually collapse. We are committed to doing this and we will do it.”.
