TURIN (ITALPRESS) – Suzuki is launching the fourth edition of Green Friday and, in addition to promoting the widespread Suzuki forest, aims to create the “Bosco del Toro,” a project shared with Torino Football Club and the Green Sector of the City of Turin. These partners, who have always been committed to supporting the community and the environment, will work together in an important effort to enhance the Turin area. The “Bosco del Toro,” will see the planting of 30 tall native trees in the vicinity of the new Robaldo sports center, where the youth sector teams of Torino FC will train, and will be integrated into Colonnetti Park, located in the Turin neighborhood of Mirafiori Sud,open to all citizens. The 30 trees are scheduled to be planted on March 12, 2025.
On Friday, November 29, for Black Friday, Suzuki will set aside 0.5 percent of the daily sales of registered product and parts and accessories sales of the three divisions of Auto, Motorcycle and Marine. Customers who purchase a car, motorcycle/scooter or outboard motor, as well as accessories, spare parts, services or merchandise, either at the dealer network or on the e-commerce platform on Nov. 29, will contribute to the “Bull Forest.” To encourage online purchases, on November 29 it will be possible to use the 10% discount code: SUZUKIGREENFRIDAY (valid only on accessories, spare parts and merchandise).
Suzuki pays attention to ecology issues, and the tree day project complements its other environmentally friendly activities. The Hamamatsu-based company is committed in many ways to improving the balance between the ecosystem and mobility, offering car, motorcycle and outboard engine products developed and built not only for the well-being of their users, but also for that of the planet and future generations.
