Chiara Ferragni and Fedez Reach Separation Agreement: Custody, Support, and Social Media Terms Finalized

Italy's Most Famous Couple Heads Towards Official Divorce in Six Months

The marriage between Chiara Ferragni and Fedez, famously known as the “Ferragnez,” has officially come to an end. The high-profile couple has finalized their separation agreement, detailing custody arrangements and financial responsibilities for their children. This marks the closing chapter of Italy’s most talked-about love story, with divorce expected to be finalized within six months.

According to reports, Fedez’s legal team, including Alessandro Simeone, Andrea Pietrolucci, and Pompilia Rossi, prevailed in ensuring that no child support payments would be required from him to Ferragni, despite an initial request for 20,000 euros per month. The lawyers argued that Ferragni, as a successful entrepreneur, has the means to support the children independently.

Instead, Fedez will cover educational expenses, including tuition at a private school costing over 20,000 euros annually, as well as additional school supplies. The couple has also agreed to a shared custody arrangement, allowing their two children to spend roughly equal time with each parent, during which each will handle all expenses.

The two have also reached a consensus on their children’s presence on social media. While Ferragni’s lawyer, Daniela Missaglia, initially advocated for a more private approach in line with the Italian Privacy Authority’s guidelines, the couple agreed to a mutual consent model. Both parents will request permission from each other before posting photos or videos of their children, treating their digital exposure as any other family would.
