BERLIN (ITALPRESS) – The Bundestag has challenged Chancellor Olaf Scholz, with 394 votes against, 207 in favor and 116 abstentions, local German media reported. Scholz, after losing the vote of confidence in the Bundestag, went to the Bellevue Palace and proposed to President Frank-Walter Steinmeier that Parliament be dissolved. Early elections in Germany could be held on Feb. 23.
