In Trezzano sul Naviglio the sixteenth Volvo Truck Center workshop.

TREZZANO SUL NAVIGLIO (MILAN) (ITALPRESS) – Volvo Trucks Italy has opened its 16th Volvo Truck Center workshop in Trezzano sul Naviglio. A location equipped with all the most modern equipment to serve industrial vehicles in a strategic position, on Milan’s Tangenziale Ovest (Lorenteggio exit) to better serve transit and local customers in a network logic. In fact, the same geographic quadrant also includes the Volvo Truck Centers in Bergamo and Varese, as well as Turin and Alessandria.
All Volvo Truck Center workshops are part of Volvo Group’s “Sustainability 2025” project, and are equipped with some green solutions such as a photovoltaic system and LED lights throughout the facility. The workshop also adheres to the “Zero waste to landfield” initiative for 100% circular management of waste from workshop operations.
“With this additional owned workshop, Volvo Group Italy consolidates its undisputed leadership in retail operations in our country for industrial vehicles, reducing the distance between different service points and thus ensuring better service for its customers. The growth of our network continues,” comments Giovanni Dattoli, managing director of Volvo Trucks Italy and Volvo Truck Center Italy.
The property was recently handed over by BELL Group.
“Our regeneration activity of the property in Trezzano sul Naviglio follows the track of Bell Group’s interest in low environmental impact projects: the opening of this new Volvo Truck Center is a further step in this direction with interventions aimed at sustainability.” says Cesare Lanati, CEO of BELL Group.
The workshop has already been operational since mid-July.
