MILAN (ITALPRESS) – IPA has acquired a majority stake in Fotogramma, creating “a strategic partnership that strengthens the presence of both companies in the editorial and corporate sector,” reads a joint note. The integration between IPA, already a leading provider of photographic services and visual content for the editorial and corporate market, and Fotogramma, a historic Italian agency specializing in news, politics and economics, “represents an important step in responding to the growing demands of an increasingly dynamic and competitive market,” the note continues. This operation creates an all-Italian multimedia content hub, capable of offering the market a complete range of services from creative-stock archives to photographic and video productions, passing through news, entertainment, sports and gossip. The deal consolidates IPA’s and Fotogramma’s joint commitment to innovation and quality, with a focus on meeting the needs of an evolving market. The two entities will work together to ensure a smooth transition and to explore new growth opportunities, while continuing to invest in the production of high-quality visual content for the publishing industry. “We are proud to become part of the IPA Group. This integration will allow us to expand our offerings while keeping intact the values and quality that have always distinguished Fotogramma,” says Domenico Pizzarelli, general manager of Fotogramma Srl.
