ROME (ITALPRESS) – Israeli shelling on Beirut’s southern suburbs continued throughout the night that has just passed. At least eight people were killed and more than 90 wounded in the two waves of attacks on the Lebanese capital. Hundreds of families have left their homes, also at the urging of the Israeli army. Lebanese hospitals have been asked not to receive non-emergency cases, to support facilities in the capital busy with the wounded.
In contrast, at least 10 rockets left from south Lebanon toward Israel in the early hours of today.
