ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The great riding returns to Rome. From 9th to 11th October the “Pietro Giannattasio” Military Hippodrome of Tor di Quinto will host the thirteenth stage of the Longines Global Champions Tour, international circuit of jumping obstacles. In program 16 races in three days, with a total prize pool of 700 thousand euros: waited over 100 knights and amazons of 35 nations and 200 horses.

The only Italian stage of the tour, Rome will be the terzultimate appointment of the regular season and will place points for the individual title and for the Global Champions League team. Piergiorgio Bucci will be the leader of the Blues, who will be fourth in the Aquisgrana World Cup.
In the CSI5* are also expected Clara Pezzoli, Guido Grimaldi, Giacomo Casadei, Emanuele Gaudiano, Alberto Zorzi, Elisa Chimirri, Greta Lepratti, Fabio Brotto and Riccardo Pisani. “I don’t think there is a better place than this to accommodate the jumping obstacles. We are in a historic place but also modern and I am proud to see here the most prestigious binoms.
