ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The competent directions of Mimit and Mit, accepting the request of the National Association of Insurance Companies (Ania) that has evidenced needs of a technical-organization nature, have issued a circular that previews the calendarization to 16 July of the obligation, for the electric scooters that circulate in Italy, to equip itself with a mono insurance.
In recent days, the Faqs were published on the Mimit website regarding compulsory insurance for electric drive scooters. The document, published following the decree of 6 March 2026, provides a series of clarifications on the procedures necessary for the issue of identification marks and for the regularization of insurance positions.
