LUBIANA (SLOVENIA) (ITALPRESS) – Italpress press agency strengthens and strengthens its presence abroad, and more specifically in Central Europe, signing a partnership agreement with the Slovenian press agency STA – Slovenian Press Agency.
The agreement was formalized today in Ljubljana, at the headquarters of the Slovenian agency, the General Manager of STA Mojca Prelesnik and the Director of the Italpress Gaspare Borsellino Agency, in the presence of the Italian Ambassador in Ljubljana, Giuseppe Cavagna.
“Today – says Director Borsellino – we have set another important stamp in his plan of international expansion. We have just signed the agreement with the press agency STA, the main Slovenian press agency, in the presence of the Italian ambassador to Ljubljana Giuseppe Cavagna, whom I thank for his presence. This agreement is part of a process of growth and internationalization that the Italpress press agency is carrying out in these years. Slovenia is certainly a very important country for us, a neighbouring country with which we are linked to so many relationships both of friendship and of business relations and the agreement with the agency STA surely falls within this process of growth that Italpress is carrying out and that it will continue to carry on in the coming months and in the coming years”.
“I am pleased – adds Ambassador Cavagna – that you are here and I am pleased with this agreement with the STA, which is the main Slovenian press agency. Also in this area there are additional small bricks for the construction of this building which is then a common house which is part of the largest common European house. Italy and Slovenia are allied in this European construction and all that contributes to closer and closer the two countries in each sector is welcome. Today’s agreement – concludes Giuseppe Cavagna – goes in this direction and is therefore welcome”.
STA marketing director Peter Penko also participated in the meeting.
