Protests students in France, clashes in Paris. Lecornu “Acceptable Violence”

PARIGI (FRANCIA) (ITALPRESS) – Tensions have exploded at the court of students in Paris, in the area of Place de la Nation. According to Le Parisien, people were seen to throw objects, stones and smokes against the police. The agents replicated with the launch of tear gas, always according to the French media. Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu, speaking at the National Assembly, said that from the beginning of student protests there are a thousand wounded throughout France, of which 215 students and 85 school workers.

According to Lecornu it is the “highest of the last decades” budget regarding the injured school staff. The prime minister then called “unacceptable” the violence that exploded in the demonstrations and arranged the closure of the high school in the weekend, to allow school leaders to have time for “internal democracy” of the institutes. Lecornu finally accused the radical left of fomenting the case in the country in a pre-electoral period.
