Kimi Antonelli continues to set new Formula 1 records. The young Mercedes driver wins the Monaco Grand Prix, his fifth consecutive victory, and extends his championship lead. Starting from pole position, the Italian led the race from start to finish, overcoming two safety cars and a red flag that complicated the finish. At the restart, Antonelli left no room for his competitors and crossed the finish line ahead of Lewis Hamilton and Isack Hadjar. This is Italy’s third win in the Principality, after Riccardo Patrese in 1982 and Jarno Trulli in 2004.
